Allowing a Retry on a Failed Exam

1. Look up the student in Buzz
2. Click on Performance 
3. Select the proper course
4. Scroll down to the bottom and select Final Proctored Test
5. Click on Submission History and make sure it has been 24 hours since the last test attempt and that the student has not already made 3 attempts
6. Select Allow Retry by clicking on the circular arrow and be sure to hit Submit Score if it doesn’t save automatically and bring you back to the grades page
