Students will learn how to transform the parent quadratic equation y=x2 on a graph using translations, reflections, and dilations. Students will also learn how to describe these transformations using an equation. Students will learn how to complete the square on a quadratic expression so that they can write a quadratic equation given in standard form in vertex form. Lastly, students will be introduced to the complex number system.
