Where to Find Everything in Skyward

  1. Login using your active directory username and password https://skyward.alpinedistrict.org/scripts/wsisa.dll/WService=wsEAplus/seplog01
  2. Student Profile
    1. Click on Students in the top left
    2. Click on Student Profile
    3. In the highlighted search box at the top, to the left of the previous student’s name, type in the student ID number and click on the resulting box to pull up the desired student’s information
    4. On the left hand side of the screen under General and then under Profile, you can find the following information:
      1. Skyward ID
      2. Grad year
      3. School
      4. Student email 
      5. Student ID number (listed under Other ID)
  3. Grades
    1. To the left hand side of the screen, under the blue tabs, select Grades
    2. This will show you the current grades the student received for their classes, listed under the appropriate quarter and semester
    3. Remember to note that when taking ESO courses, students grades will average out depending on how many units of a course they completed in one term
  4. Graduation Requirements
    1. To the left hand side of the screen, under the tab Grad Reqs, select the second Grad Reqs
    2. This will show you how many credits the student is still missing to graduate (listed in red) and in which Coursework Requirement Area they are missing the credit in
    3. Selecting the arrow to the left of the coursework title will show a drop down that breaks down the credits further. 
      1. Selecting the arrow beside Details can break it down to even more specific coursework areas and show how many credits are completed and still missing in each area 
    4. Remember to note that we are not trained counselors and so we are not qualified to tell the student which courses they should take to fulfill their requirements. 
  5. Schedule
    1. To the right of the student’s name, beside the arrows, there is a little blue icon with an “i” in the center. Click on this.
      1. This is another location to find all the previously mentioned information in a more condensed screen.
    2. This page also shows:
      1. Student Guardian information
      2. Student’s status (Active or Inactive)
    3. On the left hand side of the screen, you can click on and access the student’s in school Schedule
      1. This will show what courses they are taking each term. If a student is using ESO part time, they will have xx10 listed instead of a course name
