- Search in WooCommerce for any orders made for the student.
- Write down who paid, for what, and the order #’s.
- Search the student under “Users” in the shopping cart.
- Delete the student’s account ONLY in the shopping cart.
- Go to esotools.net
- Make sure you have access to the site.
- If you do not, contact McKay to get you set up.
- Make sure you have access to the site.
- Select “Grades”.
- Search the student’s name and select them.
- Click the pencil icon next to their username and enter the correct Student ID number.
- Select the little green checkmark and check in Buzz that it changed.
- Reset the student’s password.
- Sign the student in to the shopping cart as if you are them.
- Using coupon codes, purchase any active units the student has and their registration fee.
- In the notes on the order, make sure you state the information you wrote down earlier: who paid, the original order #’s, and that they were paid for under the wrong username.
- Once ordered, sign out as the student and go to “subscriptions” in WooCommerce.
- Change any end dates to match the student’s original ones.
- Ordering their classes again may have changed the end dates in Buzz so be sure to change them back to their originals.
- Send email to the student notifying them of their username and password changes.
