Manually Expire Registration

You are here:
  • Go to the Shopping Cart
  • Under WooCommerce, select Subscriptions
  • Under Search for a customer, enter the student ID number
    • Select the student when they appear in the drop down
  • Click the Search Subscriptions button on the right
  • Find the subscription for the Registration Fee and then select the number of that correct subscription under the Subscription column
  • Under Subscriptions details, click on the drop down box labeled to Subscription status (on the right side)
  • Selected Expired
    • If necessary, leave a note with your initials under the Add note box, such as “Student wanted refund, no longer using program” -MC (box is on the left hand side. Be sure to select the Add button after you finish writing it)
  • Select the blue Update button (on the left hand side)
