- Go to the Shopping Cart
- Under WooCommerce, select Subscriptions
- Under Search for a customer, enter the student ID number
- Select the student when they appear in the drop down
- Click the Search Subscriptions button on the right
- Find the subscription for the Registration Fee and then select the number of that correct subscription under the Subscription column
- Under Subscriptions details, click on the drop down box labeled to Subscription status (on the right side)
- Selected Expired
- If necessary, leave a note with your initials under the Add note box, such as “Student wanted refund, no longer using program” -MC (box is on the left hand side. Be sure to select the Add button after you finish writing it)
- Select the blue Update button (on the left hand side)
