The Heart of the Warrior is awarded each semester to a teacher that has made an impact or embodied what it means to have the heart of a Lake Mountain Warrior. Parents, guardians, and students are invited to fill out this form nominating a teacher for our current semester. Please include the reason why you are nominating him or her.
