In this unit, we will discuss heart rate, strength, and endurance. We will practice strength and endurance in a circuit training workout and learn how to build a custom program. You will submit one video of yourself participating in physical activity and a total of 10 hours of physical activity must be completed during this course.

BPESKILL2 Week 2: Basic Nutrition, & Weight Management 1-week commitment and 10 hours of logged exercise
In this unit, we will go over basic nutrition and weight control information and you will assess components of common foods. You will submit one video of yourself participating in physical activity and 10 hours of physical activity must be completed during this course.

BPESKILL3 Week 3: Benefits of Exercise, & Flexibility 1-week commitment and 10 hours of logged exercise
In this unit, we will discuss the benefits of exercise on your social and mental health. We will also look at the basics of flexibility and try a yoga routine. You will submit one video of yourself participating in physical activity and at least 10 hours of physical activity must be completed during this course.

BPESKILL4 Week 4: Cardio-Respiratory Endurance 1-week commitment and 10 hours of logged exercise
This unit covers the MyPlate website and discusses the concepts we will find there. We will go over cardio-respiratory endurance and its benefits to health. Finally, you will submit one video of yourself participating in physical activity and total at least 10 hours of physical activity during this course.
